We now offer replacement certificates to people who have taken and passed our courses. The replacement cost is $100 for the first certificate and $75 for each additional certificate ordered at the same time.

To obtain a replacement certificate, send an email to admin@amtinc.org. Make sure to include your name, course name, date taken, and company where course was held.  When your information is verified you will receive a PayPal invoice in your email.  When payment is received, a new certificate will be made and mailed to the address you provide.

DO NOT REQUEST A REPLACEMENT CERTIFICATE THROUGH THE CONTACT US FORM. FOLLOW THE ABOVE DIRECTIONS.
