Our courses can be modified according to your needs. For example, we can teach to your client's specifications or engine type. We typically offer 40-hour General Familiarization classes, 80- or 120-hour Systems classes. However, we can also teach 1-, 2-, or 3-day item-specific classes (i.e. differences, specific engines, rigging, a/c painting etc.). All of the courses taught by AMT are taught according to FAA ATA 104 guidelines.
Traditional Classroom Environment
Courses can be taught in a traditional classroom environment at your location using approved maintenance manuals, study guide, aircraft reference guide, high resolution projector, handouts, video and computer-based training where available. An electronic version of the Power Point Presentation will be given to each student. A Certificate of Completion will be given to the company to be distributed at their discretion.
All distance learning courses are taught by a live instructor who utilizes interactive internet video conferencing. With the distance learning option, instructor and student can interact via voice or chat.
When a Distance Learning course is sponsored by a company, an electronic version of the PowerPoint presentation will be emailed to the designated representative to be printed and handed out to each student. Also, a Certificate of Completion for each student will be mailed to the company to be distributed at their discretion.
If course is for an individual or small group, each student will receive an email with the PowerPoint presentation to be printed and have available during class. A Certificate of Completion will be sent via email within 48 hours of course completion and the original mailed directly to the address specified by student.
Below is a partial list of courses we offer. Please contact us to see if we can help you with one of these or another class you may need.
*Distance learning saves the company a minimum of travel, handout, and CD burning.
